Role Description The Real Estate Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. This role coordinates with buyers, sellers, brokers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure all documents, contracts, and payments are accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule.

The Closing

Manager reviews and prepares closing documents, verifies lease and property details, tracks key dates, and resolves discrepancies before final execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining transaction records, updating stakeholders on closing status, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance, and supporting the smooth handover of properties. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, fostering solid client relationships, and supporting the overall efficiency of the real estate operations.





- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to oversee transaction-related property details and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration to manage lease documentation, review terms, and track critical dates.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leases to interpret lease agreements, ensure accuracy, and support closing compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate with an understanding of local market practices and transaction workflows.
- Candidates should possess experience in Commercial Real Estate to manage complex deals and multi-party closing requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, law, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously are essential.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in standard office and transaction management software, are advantageous.
