We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help deploy effective digital marketing strategies conducting market research, developing content and strategizing with other team members by managing Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns, SEO, Social Media Management etc. Your primary responsibility will be planning, developing, implementing and manging overall marketing campaigns to promote brands, promote engagement and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for data and a passion for driving measurable business growth.

General Responsibilities:
Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
Manage & guide the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
Develop and nurture a high-performance team to bring the result




Ability to analyse different metrics for digital marketing channels and identify market trends
Conducting market research and tracking competitors’ marketing activities.

Email Marketing Management
Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
Ensuring design, content, and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
Tracking and Managing Email Database for regular email campaigns
Manage and work with lead generation team
Close tracking and analysis of campaign results based on micro metrics such as email open rate, spam rate, unsubscribe rate, conversion rate etc.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Paid Campaign Management
Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
