Job Description:

Position: QC Officer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Industries: Pharma - API

Responsibilities:
Sampling & Analysis:
Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials and water
Conduct tests using HPLC, IR, LOD, Karl Fischer instruments and titration techniques
Documentation & Protocols:
Prepare and maintain analytical protocols and worksheets
Ensure proper documentation as per GLP and GMP standards
Instrument & Lab Management:
Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments regularly
Manage working standards and reference standards
Oversee glassware cleaning, calibration, and inventory
Chemical Inventory:
Ensure secure storage and proper labelling of reagents
Monitor and manage chemical stock levels

Required Skills:




Proficiency in HPLC, IR spectroscopy, and wet chemistry techniques
Familiarity with pharmacopeial standards (IP, BP, USP)
Robust organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Knowledge of LIMS or similar lab data systems is a plus

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc-Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
