JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

Vantora is a fast-growing brand in the bag manufacturing industry, catering to both institutional and retail segments. We take pride in our product quality, customer satisfaction, and expanding network of partners and resellers.

The Business Development

Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding Vantora’s presence in institutional and retail markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and resellers, and promoting the company's range of bags.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive institutional and retail sales for Vantora's bag products.
Identify and develop current business opportunities with corporates, dealers & resellers.
Conduct market research to understand customer and competitor trends.
Visit clients, conduct presentations, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and resellers.




Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service.

Requirements

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
2 to 4 years in business development/sales, preferably in bag manufacturing, institutional sales, or retail sector.
Bachelor degree in BBA/BBM/B.Com.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and client visits.
Valuable negotiation and presentation abilities.

CTC: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
