What we’re looking for

We are looking for a PowerApps Developer to create, implement and support enterprise-level applications with the Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary emphasis on connecting operational and commercial data from internal systems like SAP and Salesforce. You will ensure seamless digital workflows, modernise business processes and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation, working with the LR Advisory and Digital teams to solve business-critical challenges that require PowerApps development.

The role
Design, develop and maintain applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).




Build and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Develop scalable data models using Dataverse and support integrations with SQL, SharePoint and other connectors.
Implement role-based security, workplace governance and ALM best practices.
Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping and solution architecture workshops.
Translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
Apply Power Platform best practices, including data security, scalable component design and automation governance.
Build and maintain integrations using custom connectors, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or API endpoints.
Transform and map data between Power Platform entities and SAP/Salesforce schemas.
Optimise the performance and reliability of data synchronisation processes.
Collaborate closely with SAP and Salesforce functional and technical teams to understand data structures and business processes.
