The company offers a wide range of tests, including air infiltration, water penetration, structural load, dynamic water, seismic, thermocycling, acoustic, and various specialized integrity and safety tests.

Role Description The Quality Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing and continuously improving quality management across laboratory and site testing operations. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures in alignment with international testing standards, project specifications, and company policies.

The Quality

Manager will coordinate with engineering, laboratory, and site teams to plan and monitor tests, review documentation, resolve non-conformities, and ensure accurate reporting of test results. Daily responsibilities involve conducting internal audits, supervising calibration and maintenance of testing equipment,



training team members on quality protocols, and supporting client inspections and technical reviews. The role also includes contributing to health, safety, and environmental compliance and supporting process optimization to enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong background in quality management and assurance, including experience with ISO-based quality systems and internal auditing.
- Knowledge of building envelope systems and related performance testing standards (e.g., ASTM, AAMA, CWCT, BS EN, AS/NZS, and relevant Indian standards).
- Experience working with laboratory and on-site testing processes for doors, windows, curtain walls, and structural components.
- Ability to analyze technical data, interpret test results, and prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in developing procedures, work instructions, and checklists to ensure consistent, compliant testing workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients and external auditors.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues, root causes, and corrective or preventive actions.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices relevant to engineering and testing environments.
