? We’re Hiring – Quality Executive

We are looking for a Quality Executive to manage and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) and support Quality Control, Audits, CAPA, Customer Quality, KPI Monitoring, and EHS Compliance.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AS9120, EMS, OH&S;, customer, and regulatory requirements, while driving continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

QMS & Compliance

- Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with AS9120, EMS, OH&S;, customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and monitor quality objectives and drive continual improvement across processes.

Quality Planning & Risk Management

- Prepare Quality Plans for projects, products, and operational activities.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and implement appropriate mitigation and preventive actions.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Quality Control & Inspection

- Oversee Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product Inspection activities.
- Ensure materials and products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor inspection records, test reports, and quality deviations.

Internal Audit & Non-Conformance

- Plan and conduct Internal Audits for Quality and EHS Management Systems.
- Manage NCRs, audit findings, corrective actions, and closure.
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevent recurrence.





Customer Quality & Complaints

- Manage Customer Complaints, Quality Issues, and Technical Queries.
- Coordinate RMA, scrap approvals, customer notifications, RCA, and CAPA.
- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication with customers.

Document Control

- Manage controlled SOPs, Work Instructions, Policies, Procedures, Formats, and Records.
- Ensure proper document approval, revision control, version control, and record management.

KPI, MIS & Continual Improvement

- Monitor Quality KPIs, MIS, process performance, and departmental objectives.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and process inefficiencies.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives to improve quality and operational performance.

Management Review & EHS

- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and track action items to closure.
- Support EMS & OH&S; compliance, EHS KPIs, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on EHS and compliance improvements.

Training & Quality Awareness

- Conduct Quality, AS9120, EMS, and OH&S; awareness training.
- Support employee induction and promote a robust Quality Culture across the organization.

Industry Experience

- Experience in the Aerospace, Aviation, or Manufacturing industry is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
