About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage the review and quality control of design and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings by leveraging industry-standard quality control practices and tools. This position requires a strong understanding of construction documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and quality assurance processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to uphold the integrity of design documents and facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drawings review, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination within the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other relevant design and review tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements applicable to various project types.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly review architectural, structural, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) drawings to ensure design integrity and completeness.
- Identify and rectify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies within the drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Utilize comprehensive QC checklists to verify that all necessary design components are included and meet quality standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to verify alignment and resolve clashes using overlay techniques or Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
- Document review findings, track issues, and communicate necessary revisions to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality control issues and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain organized records of review processes, checklists, and revisions for audit purposes and future reference.
