Role Description

MkLak Global is looking for a Quality Control Executive to ensure the quality and proper functioning of our packaging machinery and machine components. The role will be primarily hands-on and shop-floor based, involving inspection and testing of machines at different stages of manufacturing and before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming machine components and materials for quality and dimensions.
- Check fabricated, machined, and assembled components as per drawings and specifications.




- Inspect machine assembly, alignment, fitting, and finishing.
- Perform functional testing of completed machines before dispatch.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, dimensional, and assembly-related defects.
- Maintain inspection reports and records of defects, rework, and final approvals.
- Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist in identifying root causes and preventing recurring defects.
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and ensure proper use of inspection tools.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Quality Control or machine manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Good understanding of machine assembly and mechanical components.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining quality records.
