? We’re Hiring: QA Lead – AI-Driven Quality Engineering

We’re looking for a hands-on QA Lead to drive Shift-Left testing, automation, and AI-powered quality engineering. You’ll work with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks early, improve coverage, accelerate feedback, and prevent defects.

What you’ll do

- Own the test strategy, automation approach, and quality gates.
- Build AI-powered workflows for test design, coverage analysis, test-data generation, and failure investigation.
- Develop automation using Java, Appium, REST Assured, and Cucumber.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.




- Mentor QA engineers and promote preventive quality practices.

What we’re looking for

- 6+ years in Software Testing or Quality Engineering, including a lead or senior technical role.
- Strong experience with Java, Appium, REST Assured, Cucumber, Jenkins, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Expertise in mobile, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Proven experience creating AI-driven testing workflows with measurable results.
- Robust analytical, debugging, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
