Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that Soulthing’s services, platform features, and operational workflows meet defined standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring quality metrics, conducting internal audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The Specialist will review procedures for compliance,



support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop guidelines that promote consistency in service delivery and client experience. The role also involves preparing reports, participating in root cause analysis, and supporting training efforts related to quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with the ability to design and execute quality checks for processes and services.
- Experience in Quality Management, including establishing standards, tracking performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Skills in Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits and follow-up actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
- Attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work on-site in Noida.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, or technology-driven service environments is an advantage.
