ROLE: Credit Process Associate

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

? Responsible for underwriting secured loan against property proposals.

? Follow the laid down credit policies & procedures.

? Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness.

? Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.

? Training of credit policy to the sales team.

? Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.

Supervise Credit Processing

Associates and provide guidance

? Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure SLAs are met.

? Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.

? Ability to follow deviation matrix and foster in decision making

QUALIFICATIONS

? Min 1 year of work exp in Credit Appraisal, Credit underwriting for LAP.
