1. Company Overview

Tattva Aventa Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (A Succinnova Consortium) is a management systems consulting firm supporting organizations across manufacturing and process industries in achieving and sustaining certification to international quality, environmental, health & safety, and sector-specific standards. The firm's consulting model is delivery-led and client-site based, working directly with client teams from gap assessment through to certification and beyond.

2. Role Summary

The QMS Manager – Consulting is a client-facing consulting role responsible for leading Management System implementation and certification engagements at client locations. The role covers the full lifecycle of an engagement — gap assessment, documentation, implementation support, internal audit, management review facilitation, and certification audit readiness — across one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and AS9100. The incumbent is expected to work largely from client premises, adapting delivery to each client's industry, scale, and process maturity, while representing Tattva Aventa's consulting standards and methodology.

3. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consulting Delivery

• Serve as the lead consultant at client locations for the design, implementation, and improvement of Management Systems conforming to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and AS9100.

- Conduct current-state / gap assessments against the applicable standard(s) and present findings with a clear, time-bound implementation roadmap to client management.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end certification project timeline in coordination with the client's management representative and Tattva Aventa's project lead.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the engagement, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and schedule.

Documentation & System Design

• Develop and customize QMS/IMS documentation — quality manuals, process maps, SOPs, work instructions, risk registers, and forms — appropriate to the client's processes and the certifying standard.

- Guide clients in defining context, interested parties, scope, quality objectives, and risk-and-opportunity registers per the relevant clause structure (Annex SL / IATF / AS9100 requirements).
- Ensure documentation reflects real operating practice and is fit for both certification audit and day-to-day use by client personnel.

Implementation, Training & Handholding

• Deliver awareness and implementation training to client teams on the requirements of the applicable standard(s),

process approach, risk-based thinking, and (where relevant) core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC for IATF 16949, or AS9101/AS9102 requirements for AS9100.

- Handhold client departments through practical implementation of documented processes, records, and controls.
- Plan and execute internal (first-party) audits with the client, and support root-cause analysis and corrective action closure (8D / 5-Why / CAPA).
- Facilitate Management Review Meetings and coach client management representatives on ongoing system ownership.

Certification Readiness & Audit Support

• Conduct pre-assessment / mock audits to confirm client readiness prior to Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits.

- Liaise with certification bodies on the client's behalf where required, and support closure of audit findings (nonconformities, observations, OFIs) within stipulated timelines.
- Track and support clients through surveillance and recertification audit cycles.

Project & Practice Management

• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, prioritizing effectively and escalating risks to project timelines or scope.

- Prepare and submit periodic project status reports, audit reports, and engagement documentation to internal management.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of Tattva Aventa's internal consulting methodology, templates, and toolkits.
- Support business development activity where needed — client scoping calls, proposal input, and technical presentations.
