Job Purpose To effectively manage day-to-day departmental activities, closely monitor work execution, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain smooth coordination among employees and departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Supervise employees and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Maintain close follow-up on tasks, targets, and departmental requirements.
- Coordinate with HODs and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure employees follow company SOPs, policies, safety, and discipline requirements.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned authority.
- Maintain and review departmental records and reports.
- Track attendance, work allocation, productivity, and performance where applicable.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding pending activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
- Support management in implementing new processes and instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.




- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, EHS, quality, and company requirements, wherever applicable.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in a relevant field.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant supervisory/managerial experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹49,433.24 per month
