Supervise quality control activities on the production floor. Ensure that all products meet specified quality standards. Knowledge of production execution as per planning. Raw material planning & inventory management / follow up with the supplier.

Basic mechanical knowledge to design own process devices together with BLVL mechanical engineers. Monthly production report summery to HOD Training of quality inspectors Responsible for preparation of SOP and revision of the same. Interaction with production team about issues with quality of product/process.

Maintain

Calibration of measuring & testing equipment’s periodically. ISO / EMS Documentation. Knowledge on 5s activity & Safety Knowledge PPAP,8D.CAPA, ISO 9001, IATF16949 Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. Report any defects or non-conformities and follow through with corrective actions. Work with the production team to ensure quality compliance.
