We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance and reliability of our web/mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system and exploratory testing.
- Prepare and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios and test plans.
- Identify, document and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform Automation Testing for web/mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites.
- Execute automated regression test cases and analyze test results.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and other teams to understand requirements.
- Reproduce, investigate and verify reported defects.
- Perform API testing and validate API responses where required.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.
- Maintain proper QA documentation and testing reports.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Good knowledge of test case design and execution.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar.
- Knowledge of API Testing using tools such as Postman.
- Basic to positive understanding of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with Git/version control is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. / equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant QA/testing certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
