Brief summary about the role

We are looking for a customer relationship associates who will have a solid understanding of the order process at SharePal, excelling at lead management, understanding customer needs, building relationships, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with robust communication & negotiation skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Job responsibilities
Take up inbound customer leads & explain our offerings to them
Manage leads & the order flow within the CRM tool
Providing excellent after sales support to the customers
Understanding customer issues and providing a timely resolution
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Requirements

Job requirements:
0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome
B.Tech/B.E./BBA/BCom or UG in any specialization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills. English & Hindi
Very valuable convincing & persuasion skills

Compensation structure:

CTC offered: ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 P.A.
