Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of materials, products, and services required for interior fit-out projects. The role includes vendor development, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, material delivery coordination, cost control, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of civil, interior, electrical, MEP, furniture, hardware, finishes and site consumables.
- Source and develop reliable vendors, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design and Accounts teams for material requirements.
- Ensure materials are delivered to sites on time and as per approved specifications.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, dispatches and delivery commitments.
- Verify material specifications, brands, quantities and quality before procurement.
- Maintain purchase records,



vendor database, quotations, POs, invoices and delivery documents.
- Monitor project-wise purchase cost and help control procurement within the approved budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with site teams for material receipt, shortages, damages and replacement claims.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, delivery and service.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, payment processing and vendor reconciliation.
- Ensure procurement follows company approval procedures and internal controls.
- Handle urgent site procurement and resolve supplier-related issues quickly.
- Prepare regular purchase status, pending order and procurement reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of interior and construction materials.
- Valuable vendor network and market knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent site requirements.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
