Key Responsibilities:

- Material Follow-up Sheets: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly material follow-up sheets for tracking orders and delivery schedules.
- Inward & Outward Reports: Verify and check daily, weekly, and monthly inward and outward stock reports from the store, ensuring correct documentation with appropriate signatures.
- C.S. Negotiations: Assist in negotiating with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing, particularly for items ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 2,00,000.
- Purchase Order Approvals: Assist in obtaining necessary approvals for purchase orders from the head of procurement or authorized personnel.
- Reporting: Submit store and purchase reports, including material reconciliation, stock on hand, balance quantity from vendors, and any discrepancies or issues.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Coordinate with suppliers, store personnel, and the technical team to ensure smooth order execution and address any procurement-related concerns.
- Bill Verification & Submission: Verify and check bills for materials purchased and submit them to the accounts department for payment processing.
- Procurement Items Management:



Assist in the procurement of construction and project-related materials exclusively through Teerth's registered vendors. This includes items such as RCC, BBM, plaster, cement, stone metal, chemicals, RMC, RCC pipes, chamber covers, POP, gypsum, MS materials, swimming pool equipment, doors and hardware, electrical materials, and other related supplies.
- Vendor Registration: Assist with the registration of recent vendors and ensure proper approval from senior management for vendor onboarding.
- Material Utilization: Ensure maximum utilization of existing materials before procuring new stock to optimize resources.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, and ensure regular checks for proper inventory control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
