Job Summary:

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Import Purchase & Procurement & CHA Executive to manage international procurement, import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and CHA agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage international purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and coordinate with overseas suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Handle import documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.




- Monitor import shipments from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Track import duties, freight charges, customs charges, and other landed costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable import procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and Logistics teams for timely material receipt.
- Maintain vendor, purchase, shipment, and import records in ERP/system.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding material quality, shortages, delays, and replacements.
- Prepare regular reports on purchase orders, pending imports, shipments, and clearance status.
