Role Overview

Play a key role in shaping an enabling policy setting for business growth through data-driven and evidence-based business cases. The role will focus on policy research, regulatory intelligence, business case development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to help drive strategic policy interventions across states.

Key Responsibilities

- Consolidate and analyse commercial, financial, and market data to help develop evidence-based business cases supporting policy advocacy and category growth.
- Monitor and analyse central and state government policies, regulations, and industry developments impacting the business.
- Conduct policy and market research, gather intelligence, and support in developing policy briefs, issue notes, and regulatory updates.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, dashboards, and management updates for leadership and external stakeholder engagements.
- Support the development of advocacy strategies by assessing policy risks, opportunities, and business implications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, coordinate with industry associations, research agencies,



and other external stakeholders to support on strategic policy initiatives.
- Track key policy developments and support execution of public policy projects across multiple states.

Education and Experience

- MBA from a reputed institute or master’s in public policy, Economics, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 4-7 years of experience in public policy, strategy consulting, economic consulting, government advisory, corporate strategy, market research, or public affairs.
- Experience in alcoBev preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in developing business cases and deriving insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing policy notes, reports, and executive presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

experience with data visualisation tools will be an advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
