Public Health Associate

Budget : 4 Lpa to 6 Lpa

We are looking for a talented and driven Public Health Associate to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. You will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and managing Public Health Partners to expand our market reach and drive business growth. You will act as the primary on-ground support for monitoring quality standards and operational efficiency at the selected sites.

The role requires extensive field work and travel, research methods, data analysis, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, training skills and the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.

About the Company:

Doto Health Pvt.Ltd is a MedTech and digital health startup from IIT Bombay offering next-generation monitoring solutions for maternal and newborn care. Doto pioneered the transformation of maternal, fetal, and labor monitoring in India from conventional hard-coded devices to smart and next-generation digital monitoring. Dōtō builds easy-to-use MedTech and digital health solutions for healthcare providers to assist them in quality maternal, labor-birthing, and newborn care.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate will work closely with the public health business unit team to ensure smooth delivery of current and new projects; as well as work on research and clinical studies for impact assessment. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

● Travel and interact with governments, NGO partners, CSR teams, funding agencies and other health care partners and ensure timely reporting, periodic updates with data analysis on project outcomes.

● Manage existing projects,



clients and on-ground partners to ensure maximum impact of our solutions on-ground.

● Work closely with procurement, product and sales teams to support logistics and solution deployment and training.

● Regular travel to project locations to monitor project data and periodic analysis of data for continuous feedback to partners. Develop use cases as well as suggest product enhancements.

Required Skills:

● Team Work: Collaborate with professionals and experts from different backgrounds,

including external partners, to arrive at practical solutions to ease the operational processes

● Proficiency in MS office including visual presentation of data

● IT skills to understand and retrieve data from a database or a dashboard

● Familiarity with public health concepts with knowledge about pregnancy and postnatal health as additional bonus.

● Candidate should have an eye for detail, to identify gaps and give feedback

● Driven individuals who possess the ability to learn new skills and be patient while learning.

Qualifications:

● Masters degree in health management, public health, business management

● Location: In-Office (Pune), with travel to field locations (40-50%)

● Reporting to: Public Health Business Unit - Head

● Joining: Immediate

● Core skills/experience: 1-2 years prior work experience in project management,

relationship management/client engagement. Prior work experience in maternal care in India is preferable.
