Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing activities
- Provide valuable insights for product enhancement
- Contribute to requirement gathering sessions to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Validate the accuracy and integrity of financial data, transaction records, and reporting mechanisms
- Develop and execute test cases to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance frameworks
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, contributing domain expertise to translate business needs into actionable testing strategies
- Proactively identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with Team Leads and automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance,



with a focus on Business Functional Testing tailored for USA clients
- Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience in Audit domains specific to the USA market is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the USA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Desirable Skills

- Post-graduation degree in Finance, Auditing, or a related field
- Prior experience in software testing preferred
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and defect management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
