Airbnb & Rental Unit Manager We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Airbnb and Short-Term Rental Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain property standards, and manage bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Manage property listings and reservations on platforms such as Airbnb , Booking.com , and other rental websites. Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages promptly. Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, including providing guests with instructions and support.

Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections. Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Handle guest issues, complaints, or special requests professionally.

Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize revenue. Manage payments,



security deposits, and booking confirmations. Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
