Job Summary

The Protective Services Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing executive protection and event security operations while also being capable of delivering hands-on EP services when required. The role demands solid operational experience, local knowledge of Mumbai, and the ability to manage protective resources, logistics, and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage executive protection and event security operations, advance work, and movement planning

- Personally conduct EP when required, including close protection and secure transportation

- Conduct threat and risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures

- Liaise with clients, drivers, local vendors, and security teams to ensure seamless protection

- Oversee scheduling, deployment, and quality control of EP resources





- Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting standards, and client expectations

Required Experience Skills

- Proven experience in Executive Protection (EP) with prior hands-on field exposure.

- Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.

- Strong knowledge of Mumbai routes, venues, and local security dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills in English Hindi (Marathi is desirable), situational awareness, and decision-making skills.

- From an armed forces (special forces preferable) or core physical security background.

- Willingness to travel at short notice within the country or abroad as required.
