The Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination of customer house relocations with qualified Packers and Movers partners.

Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and align customer deliverables with customer Packers and Movers partners and Handyman service partners to execute the entire process of customer's house shifting.
Manage operational tasks through Business Process Automation tools (BPA) and all related features.
To review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including deviations to the partners.
To immediately report problems, operational disputes, or discrepancies to supervisors, managers,




To monitor the operational performance of Packers and movers partners and other partners and escalate/create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered
To initiate and resolve any rate or performance discrepancies between Partner and Customer
To work with the Accounts team for ensuring a smooth payment from the company to the partner.

Skills and Experience required
Minimum 1-year experience as Customer Service Specialist in the BPO, Insurance & EdTech industry and customer interaction role.
Excellent on negotiations
Robust aptitude for customer experience
Supply chain operations
fluency in English & Hindi is a must .
