About the role

We are looking for a Projects Manager (Mechanical) to work on the execution of our current Quicklime and Hydrated Lime manufacturing plant at Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur.

You will handle mechanical scope on site, covering equipment erection, fabrication, installation, alignment and piping systems, through to commissioning support and handover.

Location: Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur, Rajasthan | Full time, on site

What you will be responsible for

- Executing mechanical scope on site, from receipt of equipment through erection, installation and alignment
- Supervising fabrication, structural and piping work against drawings and specifications
- Checking alignment, levelling and installation quality before sign off
- Reviewing mechanical drawings, GA drawings and vendor documentation,



and resolving site queries
- Coordinating with electrical, civil and vendor teams so work sequences without clashes
- Supervising contractor manpower, work quality and daily progress against schedule
- Supporting commissioning activity and trial runs alongside the operations team
- Maintaining site records, measurement sheets and installation documentation
- Enforcing safety standards across all mechanical work, in line with our ISO 45001 systems
- Reporting progress, delays and site issues to the projects lead

What we are looking for

- B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of site project experience
- Hands-on experience in mechanical equipment erection
- Strong background in fabrication, installation and alignment work
- Working knowledge of piping and mechanical systems
- Experience supervising contractors and site teams
- A record of completing site work safely and on schedule

Preferred

- Experience in lime, cement or minerals processing plants
- Exposure to material handling, crushing or thermal plant equipment
- Comfort working at a plant location in Nagaur district, Rajasthan
