Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects, driving transformation, and ensuring timely and successful go-live. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish effective project governance structures and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration, with a focus on SAP PM.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.




- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
