Looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end software product development projects. The candidate will coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software product development projects from planning to delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint plans, roadmaps, and release schedules.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to convert business requirements and product roadmaps into execution plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Support, and Business teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog discussions.
- Track project progress, identify gaps, and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with appropriate mitigation plans.
- Identify blockers and drive resolution through effective coordination and escalation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and delivery priorities.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and allocation across multiple projects.
- Monitor project scope, timelines,



quality, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate product release activities including development completion, testing, deployment, documentation, and support readiness.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile practices, and project governance standards.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and production releases.
- Track post-release performance, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and delivery metrics.
- Manage communication across distributed/global teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, delivery processes, and team efficiency.

Required Skills

- 5 -10 years of experience in software product/project management.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or Digital Products.
- PMP / PMI-ACP / Scrum Master / SAF e certification preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
