Job Overview:

We're evolving from a product-led to a solution-provider model, and we're looking for a hands-on Project Manager who owns low code product implementation end to end — discovering the underlying business problem, then designing and building the right mix of ETL and AI-enhanced data integration solutions to solve it.

You'll be the primary point of contact on your assigned engagements and manage delivery timelines, data quality, and risks. need solid ETL fundamentals and the drive to self-learn our low-code data integration platform on the job.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead discovery to understand the customer's underlying business problem before proposing a technical approach
- Design solutions that combine data integration and third-party AI services — not single-product defaults
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines: write and tune SQL, develop transformation logic, and configure API connections and authentication for AI services
- Integrate third-party AI/ML tools into ETL workflows
- Own delivery on your engagements — manage timelines, deliverables, and project health in Jira / Confluence
- Ensure data quality through profiling, validation,



and reconciliation; troubleshoot integration and API issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and SOW inputs
- Run demos, drive solution adoption, and track/report business impact — time saved, errors reduced, cost avoided
- Flag expansion and follow-on opportunities to Sales/CS leadership

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years in post-sales professional services or pre-sales engagements
- Solid ETL/data integration fundamentals (extract-transform-load, data pipelines, APIs) from any prior tool or platform
- Strong SQL — queries, stored procedures, and transformation logic
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party AI/ML tools and APIs
- Basic understanding of AI/ML models and practical use cases (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents a plus)
- A demonstrated self-learner — able to pick up a recent integration platform quickly on the job
- Comfortable moving between technical delivery and business-outcome conversations
- Solid grounding in databases, web services, and IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux/Unix, TCP/IP, RDBMS, REST, XML)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have:

- Working knowledge of Java
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
