Education
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience
10+ years of proven design experience in the Industry.
Experience in PCB design with ALTIUM DESIGNER software.
PCB layout of four and six-layer PCBs.
PCB Gerbner generation, Resolving Queries of PCB fabrication.
Should have excellent knowledge of embedded circuit development
Excellent knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuit design.
Knowledge of high-speed serial networks
Robust Knowledge/Experience in designing RF communication Hardware like Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee etc.
Knowledge of communication technologies such as SPI, I2C, RS-485
Knowledge of Safety and compliance certifications like UL, CE, MID, FCC, etc.
Excellent hardware troubleshooting skills.
Able to support/debug system integration
Valuable communicator
Hands-on experience in IoT.
Experience in designing multi-layer PCB Designing, 6 layers and above.




Possess positive knowledge and should be able to drive or execute EMI/EMC design and test activities.
Able to lead design reviews, ensure hardware design with standard compliance, be able to write good design specifications
Able to realize complex system requirements into a robust and reliable hardware solution.
Able to collaborate with peers, hardware, and firmware/software engineers to agree upon system designs, interfaces, communication protocols, etc.
Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and High-Speed PCB Design, DFM, DFT. IPC standards.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC, pre-compliance and compliance Testing and Certification
Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection
