Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines




Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Identify and address technical debt and maintain application performance
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Contribute to architectural and design discussions for current and existing systems
Support production deployments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation within the team
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
