This is a full time office based role for Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and Construction Specialists at D&C; Estimate in Pune of varying experience. Responsibilities include cost control, creating bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role entails working closely with the team to ensure accurate and detailed estimations for various construction projects across residential and commercial space.

Requirements
Reading and interpreting Australian Construction drawings and knowledge of standards
Cost Control, Cost Management,



and Cost Reporting skills
Proficiency in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Experience in cost planning and analysis
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in estimations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Site experience will be considered favourably
Candidates with experience in UK, USA and Australia/NZ markets will be preferred
Skills in using estimating software essential but training available
