Salary Budget : 5.00 to 6.00 LPA

Role Summary The Technical Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director to support technical coordination, project tracking, and execution follow-ups.

The role combines technical understanding with leadership support, similar to an EA but with robust operational and technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Support MD in technical planning, reviews, and execution follow-ups
Coordinate with engineering, production, safety, and site teams
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dashboards
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for technical matters
Support MD during site visits, audits, and technical meetings

Education & Experience
Graduate / Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Safety / Industrial preferred)
5–7 years experience in technical coordination, operations, or project support
Manufacturing / industrial safety experience preferred
