Job Description:
4+ years designing and managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).
4+ years of experience administering DNS, DHCP and PKI.
Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure.
Experience with complex scripting leveraging PowerShell.
Experience working at an AD 2008, 2012 functional level and migration to 2016 functional level preferred.
Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
Experience of Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directory issues.
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.





Ø Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.
Ø Knowledge on On-premise Exchange and O365 Service is added advantage.
Ø Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.
3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
Incident Management & Escalation- Ticket Status Check and Update.
Change Management - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.
Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
Adaptable to work on shifts and Very positive communication skills
