Position: Projects Manager

Location: Current Delhi (with Pan-India travel)

Role Overview:

Lead execution of at least 10 concurrent landscape irrigation and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and profitability. Operate as a profit center head with end-to-end ownership of project performance, financials, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
- Drive project profitability through budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management
- Monitor timelines, resources, and site progress; resolve bottlenecks
- Lead MIS reporting (project status, cost vs budget, billing, forecasts)
- Handle client relationships, escalations, and stakeholder coordination
- Lead and mentor project teams across multiple sites
- Oversee procurement planning and vendor management
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance
- Manage billing cycles, receivables, and collections

- On-time project delivery (>90%)




- Project profitability & cost variance control
- Billing efficiency & revenue targets
- Cash flow management & collections (DSO)
- Planning accuracy (forecast vs actual)
- Client satisfaction & repeat business
- Team productivity & retention
- Zero major safety incidents & quality compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- 6-10 years in construction/contracting
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial and commercial acumen

Travel: 7–10 days/month

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
