Summary
UST is looking for experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of VLSI/ASIC/SoC programs, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through tape-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, customer relationships, resource planning, delivery excellence, and business outcomes while leading high-performing engineering teams. This role requires strong expertise in semiconductor services delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, presales support, and operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Roles &
- Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple VLSI/ASIC/SoC programs from project initiation through tape-out.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical managers, project leads, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements and ensure alignment with delivery objectives.
- Drive delivery excellence by monitoring KPIs, quality metrics, project risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer quality expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews, governance meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Manage customer escalations and drive timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposal development.
- Optimize resource utilization and build high-performing, scalable engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation adoption across delivery programs.
- Monitor project profitability, revenue forecasts, and overall account health to achieve business objectives.
- Support talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across teams.

Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics &
