Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in the Pune Division, structured as a hybrid position that combines in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for catering and facility management solutions, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Daily activities include tracking project timelines and budgets, managing expediting and logistics, monitoring inspection and quality standards,



and resolving operational issues. The role involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and client-specific requirements.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvements and support continuous enhancement of service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of Inspection activities, quality control procedures, and compliance with safety and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across multiple sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, hospitality, operations, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management are an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use project management and MS Office tools effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Prior experience in corporate catering, facility management, or related service industries is preferred.
