Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expediting and logistics activities, and ensuring inspections are completed in line with project and regulatory requirements. The role involves preparing status reports, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear documentation for all project phases.

Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement in processes while ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track and accelerate procurement, deliveries, and vendor commitments.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and oversee quality checks, compliance reviews, and technical verifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage shipments, schedules, documentation, and coordination with transport and warehousing partners.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or engineering projects, and familiarity with relevant standards and safety practices, is preferred.
