About the Role

Dehati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS) is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the implementation and overall management of the DDU-GKY 2.0 Program from our Lucknow office.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, team management, target achievement, stakeholder coordination, MIS, reporting, compliance, and overall project performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing government-funded skill development, livelihood, rural development, or similar programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the DDU-GKY 2.0 project.
- Develop project plans, timelines, targets, and implementation strategies.
- Lead and supervise project, mobilization, training, placement, MIS, and field teams.
- Monitor project targets and ensure timely achievement of assigned milestones.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with government departments, project authorities, training partners, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor candidate mobilization, counselling, training, certification, placement, and post-placement activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely MIS, documentation, and project reporting.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.




- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines, SOPs, and organizational requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Coordinate and support government inspections, audits, monitoring visits, and review meetings.
- Develop strategies to improve mobilization, training completion, placement, and retention outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication between the project team, management, and external stakeholders.
- Travel to field locations whenever required for project monitoring and implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management or development-sector programs.
- Experience in DDU-GKY / DDU-GKY 2.0 or similar government skill development projects will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing field teams and achieving project targets.
- Strong knowledge of project implementation, MIS, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.




- Willingness to travel to field locations as required.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Variable Pay: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance and achievement of defined project KPIs

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000 per month
