Import Documentation
ï‚· Manifest filing for shipment
ï‚· Check BL copies received from Agent.
ï‚· Prepare job orders for CFS movement.
ï‚· Coordinating with the customer
ï‚· Coordination with Shipping line/Airline/CHA
ï‚· Issuance of Delivery order & execution of the Final invoice to the consignee
ï‚· Tracking of Vessel arrival for preparation of DO/ Invoicing for consignee at the time of DO
release.
ï‚· Tracking of Consignment till it arrives/reaches the destination.
ï‚· In case of any delays, docs team needs to update CS with correct reason behind the delays
