Job Title: Site Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Site Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement site plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize site resources and activities.
Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and requests. Maintain solid relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Report Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on site activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and financial reports. Present findings to management and stakeholders as needed.
Billing: Oversee billing processes related to site operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Team Handling: Lead and supervise a team of site personnel, including technicians and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork.




Budgeting and Cost Control at Site: Manage site budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor costs, identify areas for savings, and implement cost control measures as needed.
Computer Modelling: Utilize computer modeling software, such as Google Earth, for site planning, analysis, and visualization. Use modeling tools to optimize site layouts and resource allocation.

Skills & Competency Required:
Experience of Cathodic Protection System for Pipelines: Demonstrated experience in designing, installing, and maintaining cathodic protection systems for pipelines to prevent corrosion.
Experience of AC Interference Study on Pipelines: Proficiency in conducting AC interference studies to assess the impact of alternating currents on pipeline integrity.
Experience of DC Interference Study on Pipelines: Ability to conduct DC interference studies to evaluate the effects of di
