Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to candidates.
Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of skilled engineering talent.
Support the onboarding process for recent hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and introductions to succeed in their roles.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, perks, and conflict resolution.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and complaints in a fair and objective manner.
Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives aimed at employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including assisting managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Track employee performance,



ensure performance evaluations are completed on time, and assist with performance improvement plans as needed.
Collaborate with management to foster a high-performance culture.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR laws and industry standards.
Assist in audits and maintain accurate records of employee data, including contracts, performance reviews, certifications, and disciplinary actions.
Help with the preparation and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Training and Development:
Assist in the identification of training needs and the creation of programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions to improve team performance and leadership development.
