Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager Civil role is based at Gulmohar Greens–Golf & Country Club Ltd. in Ahmedabad.

The Project Manager

Civil will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across the club’s facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, managing construction schedules, and monitoring site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing project plans, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, and optimizing resources and budgets.

The Project Manager

Civil will also support maintenance and enhancement of existing structures, provide regular status reports to management, and contribute to long-term development planning for the property.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including project planning,



scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge, with experience in design interpretation, site supervision, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Proficiency in Construction Management, including contractor oversight, quality control, and resource allocation.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project or construction management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and solve technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with construction-related software and MS Office tools for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills; prior experience in hospitality, leisure, or club projects is a plus.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Typically 10 years of experience, depending on project size and organization.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and project management.
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Valuable understanding of contracts, BOQ, billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
