(KRA):

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead multiple end-to-end projects (CCM domain good to have), ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and business units—to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will effectively manage stakeholder expectations, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance, quality, performance metrics, security and compliance standards.

Additionally, he/she will proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies, while facilitating client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs to ensure project success. And deliver any other tasks as instructed by the Director.



Shift Timings: 6pm-3am

Work Location: Onsite Punjab (Mohali)



Years of Experience Required: 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

Desired Skill Set:

- Strong leadership and team management (10–25 members) and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in project tools. (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to drive process innovation, identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project delivery. Experience leveraging automation tools or techniques to streamline project management processes, reporting or resource allocation.
- Track record of leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives, such as adopting current [project management software or automating routine tasks.
- Skilled in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Well-versed in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, Certificate in Agile /Scrum is highly desirable.
- Understanding of CCM industry and experience with CCM projects (preferred)

Qualification Required: B. Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology or related field), MBA, MCA. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or other recognized project management certifications.
