About the Role WhatJobs Direct is seeking a dedicated Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement to join our client's team in Vadodara, Gujarat, IN. This role is essential for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize operational workflows across the organization. You will lead projects that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of process mapping and re-engineering, and proven experience managing improvement initiatives from inception to successful implementation. This position requires hands-on involvement in the Vadodara, Gujarat, IN office, fostering collaboration and driving change directly within the team.

Key Responsibilities Lead projects focused on analyzing and improving business processes across various departments. Map existing business processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization. Develop and implement strategies for process re-engineering and automation.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for process changes. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements.

Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Document new processes and ensure adherence to updated standards. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.





Present project findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business process improvement, lean, or six sigma projects. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the Vadodara, Gujarat, IN office. Understanding of change management principles.

Lean Six Sigma Green

Belt or similar certification is highly desirable.
