Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers when required.
- Monitor project risks,



dependencies, and change requests while maintaining delivery quality.
- Drive process improvements to enhance execution efficiency across teams.

Required Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, or Product-based companies.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Crypto, Web3, FinTech, or Trading platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product release management.
- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
