Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role located in Gurugram.

The Project

Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are managed in line with client requirements and international standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, overseeing expediting and logistics activities, and coordinating inspection and quality assurance with contractors and technical teams. The role involves preparing status reports, risk registers, and project documentation,



facilitating stakeholder meetings, and supporting independent validation of design authority and contractor performance.

The Project

Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership and client representatives to maintain transparent accountability and technical rigor throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management skills and experience managing complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of critical equipment and materials.
- Background in Inspection and quality control to verify compliance with design, safety, and performance standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of supply chains, site deliveries, and vendor interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and drawings; familiarity with international building and infrastructure standards is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Experience working on data centers, defense, aviation, or other mission-critical facilities is preferred; international project exposure is a plus.
