- Experience : Min 15 years (10 years as Project manager in Pipeline industry/Construction)

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):

Project Execution-Monitoring of the Project progress and responsible for day to day plan for the daily execution at Project Sites; Scheduling, Billing and conversant with skills like Primavera and MS Projects.

Shall be responsible for:

- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure that project documents/work order are being well read and understood and stored appropriately.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement.
- Prepare Budget well in advance.
- Assure project legal documents are completed and signed
- Manage day to day client interaction.
- Set and manage client expectations.




- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship.
- Effectively utilize each team member to his fullest potential.
- Facilitates team and client meeting effectively to arrive at Win-Win Position .
- Hold regular status meeting with project team. (Staff & Workers)
- Manage the process of innovative change effectively.

People Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Site Team, Vendors, Compliance authorities, Auditors etc.
- Monitor adherence to company policies by team members.
