Job Title: Project Head / Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Water Infrastructure (O&M;)

Location: PAN U.P

Experience: 8–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. /M.Tech(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end O&M; operations for 3,000 water supply schemes.

Build and manage a team of 1,000 personnel across multiple districts.

Coordinate with PHED/Jal Nigam and other government authorities.

Implement SOPs, IoT, and digital monitoring systems.

Manage project budgets, P&L;, and operational performance.

Ensure timely maintenance, breakdown response, and service delivery.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Civil /Mechanical Engineering/Electrical.

12–20 years of experience in Water Supply, EPC, or large-scale O&M; projects.

Strong leadership, team management, and government liaison skills.





Experience in Jal Jeevan Mission or similar water infrastructure projects is preferred.

Candidates from Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate to UP will be preferred.
